PRICES AND TAXES

All prices are shown in euros and include the applicable VAT, except for sales to countries outside the European Union, where the transaction is VAT-exempt and the customer is responsible for paying any applicable import duties or taxes. For deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, local taxes and duties will apply. Please refer to the PRICES AND TAXES section in our Terms of Use and Purchase Conditions for more information.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free for orders of €1000 or more within the EU and €1500 or more outside the EU. For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process, and the total price will be shown before completing the transaction.

OONA VENTURES SL reserves the right to cancel orders where the payment method is invalid or unverifiable, notifying the customer beforehand. For more information, please see the ORDERS AND SHIPPING COSTS section in our Terms of Use and Purchase Conditions.


DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS

Estimated delivery times for in-stock items, not personalized or made-to-order:

• Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: 5–7 business days.
• Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 12–15 business days.
• EU countries: 7–10 business days. 
• Countries outside the EU: 15–20 business days (U.S. Customs may require additional information from U.S customers).
• For “Custom Made” or “Made to Order” items, production time is an additional 6–8 weeks.
• For modifications to in-stock pieces (such as size or chain length), estimated delivery time is extended by approximately 15 days.

All our shipments are handled by DHL Express and are insured against loss, damage, or theft. Deliveries to P.O. boxes are not available. Delivery times may vary due to force majeure, weather conditions, or high demand.

AVAILABILITY

We ship worldwide. OONA VENTURES SL reserves the right to reject orders from countries affected by armed or political conflict or where restrictions may prevent delivery. EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

We recommend checking the condition of your order upon receipt and reporting any defects or issues immediately. Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with current legislation. Please refer to the EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY section in our Terms of Use and Purchase Conditions for full details.

Exchanges or returns are not accepted for personalized items, made-to-order pieces, or items modified at the customer’s request, except in cases of defect or manufacturing flaw. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

TEMPORARY EXCEPTION: Currently, returns from the United Kingdom are not accepted due to customs restrictions. These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Madrid shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by law.
